The service
Mail a Moment prints and posts physical cards on your behalf. By placing an order, you confirm that the recipient details, message, and any photo you submit are accurate and that you have the right to send them.
Payment and production
Orders enter production after successful payment. Once production has begun, edits and cancellations are not possible. If your card has not yet entered production, contact us within 24 hours and we will refund in full.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mail a Moment for harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or anything that could endanger another person. We reserve the right to refuse production of any order at our discretion and refund the payment.
Liability
We aim to deliver every card on time, but postal delays are outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
