What we collect
Your name and email when you sign up. The recipient details, message, and photo you include in a card. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
How we use it
To produce and post the card you ordered. To send you transactional emails about your order status. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for as long as required by law for tax and consumer protection purposes. Photo uploads are deleted six months after the order is delivered. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@mailamoment.com.
